Incredible stay with fantastic views!

The whole place was gorgeous and the outdoor area quite spectacular! The view was stunning and the infinity pool just perfect. Everyone I dealt with at Kallixeni villas was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

Nothing to dislike! I would not recommend a large car to get to the location though as some of the roads are rather narrow, but that's a recommendation more than anything :).

Beautiful villa, great for a family holiday.

In the village about 5 mins away there were 3 places to eat. We only ate at the restaurant that the owner recommended but it was so good we went 3 times. As a family it was a lovely villa to relax in and the outside area was gorgeous. It was a 10 min drive to a Lidl and the supermarkets in the village were well stocked.

The pool, the jakuzzi was amazing. Quiet nice area in village Gerani. When we checked in we found a bottle of wine, tsoureki, and fruits which was very surprising. The bed is super convenient. We had a lot of towels which is big advantage when you use pool and jakuzzi. We found also washing powder and dish washing tablets which is useful when you travel with family.

We had issues with electricity, one night it was off in one room. One time it was off for whole house. It was quickly fixed but definitely we experienced some difficulties. For this money we prefer not to have it at all. The pool was cold for 2 days. For third day it was ok due to hot weather.

Wonderful stay, beautiful view, excellent facilities

Although the location of the Villas was away from the city center, the view from the Villas was excellent. What we really liked were the Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. The facilities inside were very good, everything was in order. The hosts were very much responsive, very neat and quite place. We are seriously thinking about making Crete and this Villa as our vacation spot every year. Weather was excellent even in 3rd week of October this year, so we had an awesome time. Thanks!!

The perfect holiday in a perfect Villa!

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay for 2 weeks! The Villas are just like on the pictures, if not nicer! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is it! Absolutely quiet and relaxing! Finally we found a Villa that really ticks all the boxes. Communication from the moment of booking was seamless. Check -in absolutely wonderful - got greeted with welcome gifts in the Villa (Water, wine, Raki!) . Everything is spotlessly clean. The Villa is of a higher standard and has lots of little touches that make you feel like you are at home. A very well equipped kitchen. Everything is there what you can possibly need. The lovely cleaning ladies came by every 3rd day to clean and refresh towels. TV in the living room and the bedroom. We had a hire car, but found it difficult to explore the Island as that meant we had to leave the Villa :)! You just want to stay and enjoy it!! A really nice beach is just 10 minutes drive away - and if you head the other direction to Rethymno, its just as lovely for dinner and exploring. The little Town in Gerani, which is about 5-10 minutes walk away, has lovely tavernas with delicious food. But we also stayed in the Villa and made our own dinner and enjoyed the evening outside with a bottle of wine. And about previous reviews i read about the Beds that are too soft: I have chronic back pain and only just had a fresh slipped disc in my spine a few months ago. So i was a bit worried when i read the reviews where people said the bed was too soft. However, we found the bed absolutely comfortable and great. Soft but not too bad! No issues with my back at all! Kallia made our stay just perfect. She was so responsive, usually got a response within a minute of texting her when i had a question whilst we were there. Thank you very much for your hospitality and we are in no doubt coming back!!!

The only thing i didnt quite like is that we had to leave again :( You cannot fault the Villas in and I am only worried when word gets round, that the Villas will always be fully booked, and we cant book anymore :)

The privacy, the facilities and the attention to detail in terms of the little things that were included to make staying very comfortable. The staff were lovely as was the village just a short walk away. For a livelier experience, Rethymno is a short taxi away. Beaches were amazing.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Kallixeni Villas. Great view, perfect size for a couple, beautiful view and an amazing pool. Our host Kallia was very nice and helpful, she replied right away after any messages. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed the privacy and felt very safe at the property. Totally would recommend 😊

We loved everything. Super comfortable, private, relaxing. The only thing you should disregard if coming by car from Chania direction - GPS! It would navigate you towards steepy, rocky hill OR local village with narrowiest roads but there is a nice,proper road as well.

Everything !!! It was excellent . The property itself is so stylishly fitted . Everything has been thought about so carefully . Nothing has gone amiss . The apartment itself is gorgeous , the swimming pool and jacuzzi are great and so perfectly positioned . The view is to die for ! We had the perfect stay and we will definitely be back ! We have had a fantastic time at Kallixeni Villas and this was made possible by Kallixeni management and all the staff.....The villa was in a unbeatable location to the village, town, beach and nature. There was nothing we were short of, there was even charcoal, fire lighters, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, wine, water, pool towels, shower towels soap shampoo and management at the end of the phone for anything at any time. 24/7 standby maintenance manager for pool and jacuzzi who works so hard to make sure everything is right even before your up out of bed....thanks again for all at kallixeni, the management al all staff they are all lovely people.....Stephen & Elaine xx

Schöne Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Lage ist supergut. Man ist schnell vom Highway aus hingefahren, man ist aber trotzdem für sich. Der private Pool und Whirlpool sind top. Von den anderen Villen bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit, außer eine Katzenfamilie die wohl von Villa zu Villa wandert. Die Villa ist grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt

Man merkt dass die Villa mittlerweile etwas „abgenutzt“ ist. Das Bett war für uns wirklich viel zu weich.

Moderne Villa mit tollem Aussenbereich!

Super Unterkunft! Wir waren 8 Nächte mit Baby da. Innen alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Bett war uns nur etwas sehr weich. Das Highlight ist der Außenbereich. Toller Pool. Meerblick. Sehr gute Liegen, Hängematte, Whirlpool. Ein Holzkohle-Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Stadt oder den Strand - allerdings brauch man ein Auto. Ins Dorf kann man in 10min laufen - recht steiler Weg. Hier gibt es 3 sehr gute Tavernen und 2 einfache Supermärkte für die Basics. Unser Favorit war das Maxis Yard. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service lief problemlos und schnell via WhatsApp. Kleinere Probleme mit dem Pool wurden umgehend behoben. Von den Nachbarvillen bekommt man relativ wenig mit. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Pareltje net buiten rethymon

We kwamen 's avonds laat aan. Er was gedurende de aankomstdag al veel contact met de eigenaresse. In de villa komen ging dus soepel. De villa is grandioos. Het was fijn dat koffie, zout, peper, olie en azijn aanwezig waren. Keuken is meer dan volledig. Er is heel veel privacy in de tuin. Het matras was voor ons echt te zacht. Meteen werd er een harder matras gebracht. Echt service! Na 3 dagen was er een grondige schoonmaak en werden ook alle handdoeken vervangen en het beddengoed verschoond. De locatie is top! Net ver genoeg van de drukte, maar ook op loopafstand van goede restaurantjes in het dorp. Op 10 minuten rijden zit een Lidl.

Ons buren waren echt extreem luidruchtig. Dat is het nadeel van meerdere villas naast elkaar.

Imeline väike villa

Imeline väike villa. Suurepärane külalislahkus perenaiselt. Bassein oli soojendusega , mullivann mega mõnus. Kogu nädal puhkasime ja nautisime. Rethymno linn oli 10min autosõidu kaugusel , mis sai meie uueks lemmikuks vanalinnaks. Lähme kindlasti tagasi.
