Natural stone - Villa Lemoni with stunning views, pool can be heated

The 211 sqm natural stone villa Lemoni is located in a wonderful, secluded location above the village of Gerani, about 10 km from Rethymnon, on a fantastic 6,800 sqm plot with fantastic views.

The villa is designed for 8 people, ideal for e.g. 2 families of 4 people, with the option of accommodating up to 1 small child in an additional cot. Villa Lemoni has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. Each room has its own bathroom, each with a shower and toilet.

From the master bedroom with king-size bed and from the master bathroom you have a breathtaking view across Gerani to the Kolpos Almirou bay west of Rethymnon through generous windows. The second room on the 1st floor has 2 single beds. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and another room with two single beds and a separate bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with inverter technology (cooling and heating) as well as satellite LED TVs including BluRay players. There is enough space for your clothes in spacious cupboards.

You can enjoy the sunset in the evening on the large roof terrace covered with a pergola with a view of the sea and the “white mountains” in the hinterland.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher and electric stove with ceramic hob. The spacious dining table offers enough space for up to 8 people. In addition to the normal filter coffee machine, there is also a “Nespresso” capsule machine. Please bring your original Nespresso capsules with you. Replicas are also available at Lidl in Rethymnon, among others.

The covered outdoor area invites you to eat outside even on less nice days.

In the 30sqm living room you will find a chic fireplace for a cozy evening by the fireplace on the sofa, a large screen LED TV with BluRay player and a stereo system.

There is WiFi internet throughout the house via a mobile router with a maximum of 20GB per month.

If you need to do laundry in between, you can do that too. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available.

From the spacious 200 sqm terrace with a 45 sqm pool you also have a beautiful view of the sea. The covered pool deck provides shade. There is also a brick outdoor grill and a pool shower. There are enough pool loungers for all guests.

The large garden with palm trees and lawn also includes a natural olive grove of over 4,000 square meters. A private, shaded double carport is available for your car. The entire property is fenced or protected with a large wall.

In the nearby village of Gerani you will find shops, taverns and a café.
The beautiful sandy beach of Episkopi can be reached in just 10 minutes.

**07.11. - 31.03. the prices are without electricity! Electricity is charged at 45 cents/kWh based on consumption.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights. During this time, no interim cleaning is included.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From April 1st - 06.11. Additional costs are included in the rental price. (Except pool heating).

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
