About this apartment rental
My accommodation (rated 1 ⭐️ --> reduced tourist tax) is located at the foot of metro line 12, 5 minutes from Paris (Parc de la Villette) and the Stade de France, 15 minutes from Montmartre, and 20 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport!
You will appreciate my accommodation for:
- its brightness and calm
- its large living room of 45m²
- its large private terrace of 80m²
- its private jacuzzi heated to adjustable temperature) can serve as a fresh water point in summer as a pool / "swimming pool")
- its private weight room
- its quick access to the metro

- a space with 2 to 3 desks delimited by a glass roof (high-speed Wifi connection thanks to fiber)
- a separate bedroom with a king size bed, a large 65'' screen (Netflix, Prime Video & Molotov), and direct access to the private terrace
- a fully equipped private weight room with 55'' screen (Netflix, Prime Video & Molotov)
- a bathroom with large bathtub
- a separate toilet
- a dressing room / laundry room with storage shelves and rod, washing machine, ironing board and iron
