About this house rental
Welcome to this charming, fully renovated holiday home, designed for a comfortable and convivial stay with family or friends. Located within the "Les Fermes Marines" residence, the house benefits from a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the many activities available.
The bright and inviting house features a lovely open-plan living area (approx. 22m²) on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine), a dining area (table, chairs), and a lounge area (sofa, flat-screen TV).
There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a wardrobe:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200cm).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x200cm).
as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant patio furnished with garden furniture, an awning, a gas barbecue, and sun loungers for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool.
Private parking is also available.
