About this villa rental
Comfortable villa type 4 (85m2)
Ground floor in quiet dead-end street with 3 bedrooms.....3 bathrooms.
bedroom 1: 1.40 bed in the bedroom separated by a curtain bathroom shower room with corner shower, sinks and its furniture, washing machine....refurbished in 2021.
bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 a closet.
bedroom 3: completely redone with creation of an adjoining bathroom
1.60 bed, a TV, 1 closet, a dressing table.
In the adjoining bathroom 1 sink 1 walk-in shower small storage unit a toilet a towel dryer.
A separate bathroom with 2 sinks a walk-in shower, a towel dryer.
A mezzanine with sofa bed and TV.
A separate toilet.
A large veranda (25m2) On one side the dining area rectangular table 6 place settings.
On the other side relaxation area 2 rattan armchairs and a corner sofa.
A modern kitchen with island, fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, matching white porcelain dishes, pots, pans, pressure cooker, large stewpot, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a regular and a Senséo, some cookbooks, storage cupboards.
Veranda, kitchen, mezzanine and the independent bathroom completely renovated as well as bedrooms 2 and 3.
Enclosed courtyard and garden with sun lounger, parasol table and chairs on the garden side in summer, enclosed garden not overlooked thanks to the thuja hedge.
Possibility of putting one or two or three cars in the courtyard ... then in front of the house Free of charge.
Double glazed windows and PVC shutters.
The house is semi-detached and fully tiled. Land of 464 m2
. Kms of cycle and pedestrian paths by the sea. (option bikes in addition about fifteen assorted)
Markets on Thursday and Sunday mornings in the city center.
A large super U in town open all year; small well-assorted mini-market in the marine farms with bread depot in season.
I rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, possible arrival on Sunday. (I live in the south of Vienna).
Option, rental: sheets (25 € per pair), ... garage and assortment of bikes (men, women, children and teenagers) + weekly package.
Activities: bikes, surfing, windsurfing, sailing school, fishing ... horse riding,
Electricity extra charge all year round.
Pets allowed under conditions. see terms and conditions with the owner.
A rental contract is planned.

Wir haben uns mit unseren 4 Kindern (Alter zwischen 19 und 11 Jahre) rundum wohl gefühlt in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Besonders über die 3 Duschen (je Schlafzimmer eine) haben wir uns alle gefreut. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht, selten haben wir so viel Geschirr und Besteck in einem Feriendomizil vorgefunden wie hier. Alles war sehr sauber.
In der Garage gab es viele Fahrräder und auch Werkzeug, super. Wir haben 4 Räder gemietet. Diese müssten allerdings besser gepflegt (und teilweise auch repariert) werden für den Preis.
Da der fußläufige Badestrand nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet ist, haben wir die kleineren Radtouren zu wunderschönen Stränden auf tollen Radwegen wirklich sehr genossen.
Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Propreté irréprochable, équipement complet et situation formidable près de la mer pour les balades en vélo.
Idéal pour couple et trois gdes ados avec ses 3 salles de bain. Tout à fait conforme au descriptif, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Je vous recommande cette location, propriétaire à l'écoute et de confiance.

Maison très bien équipée et très bien agencée tout en étant atypique dans la disposition des pièces. A la fois cocooning et prête à recevoir 6 personnes avec confort.
La propriétaire est très disponible et très gentille. Elle a à cœur qu'on aime sa maison c'est évident. Convient parfaitement à 2 ou 3 couples d'amis aussi bien qu'à deux personnes ( nous) pour prendre nos aises. Excellent rapport qualité prix, silence bienvenu, couchage de très bonne qualité on dort tard sans bruit aux alentours. Sauf la mer 🙂 à quelques mn à pied, la côte un peu sauvage, très accessible grâce au chemin piétonnier qui longe toutes les plages et la piste cyclable idem. Louez les vélos sur place vous ne serez pas déçus cest un vrai plus. Belle véranda meublée pour les jours nuageux, jardin très agréable, assez petit de visu mais pas d'inquiétude parfait pour apéritif dehors ( grande table ronde), ou dîner, transats, salon de jardin. Voisinage très discret. Très belles discussions avec la propriétaire à l'arrivée et au départ. N'oubliez pas de compléter son livre d'or...qui nous raconte les débuts de la transformation de cette maison avec amour.
