About this villa rental
Comfortable villa type 4 (85m2)
Ground floor in quiet dead-end street with 3 bedrooms.....3 bathrooms.
bedroom 1: 1.40 bed in the bedroom separated by a curtain bathroom shower room with corner shower, sinks and its furniture, washing machine....refurbished in 2021.
bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 a closet.
bedroom 3: completely redone with creation of an adjoining bathroom
1.60 bed, a TV, 1 closet, a dressing table.
In the adjoining bathroom 1 sink 1 walk-in shower small storage unit a toilet a towel dryer.
A separate bathroom with 2 sinks a walk-in shower, a towel dryer.
A mezzanine with sofa bed and TV.
A separate toilet.
A large veranda (25m2) On one side the dining area rectangular table 6 place settings.
On the other side relaxation area 2 rattan armchairs and a corner sofa.
A modern kitchen with island, fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, matching white porcelain dishes, pots, pans, pressure cooker, large stewpot, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a regular and a Senséo, some cookbooks, storage cupboards.
Veranda, kitchen, mezzanine and the independent bathroom completely renovated as well as bedrooms 2 and 3.
Enclosed courtyard and garden with sun lounger, parasol table and chairs on the garden side in summer, enclosed garden not overlooked thanks to the thuja hedge.
Possibility of putting one or two or three cars in the courtyard ... then in front of the house Free of charge.
Double glazed windows and PVC shutters.
The house is semi-detached and fully tiled. Land of 464 m2
. Kms of cycle and pedestrian paths by the sea. (option bikes in addition about fifteen assorted)
Markets on Thursday and Sunday mornings in the city center.
A large super U in town open all year; small well-assorted mini-market in the marine farms with bread depot in season.
I rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, possible arrival on Sunday. (I live in the south of Vienna).
Option, rental: sheets (25 € per pair), ... garage and assortment of bikes (men, women, children and teenagers) + weekly package.
Activities: bikes, surfing, windsurfing, sailing school, fishing ... horse riding,
Electricity extra charge all year round.
Pets allowed under conditions. see terms and conditions with the owner.
A rental contract is planned.

We chose this property for our family holiday as the internal layout of the house was perfect for our group comprising 2 x grandparents, 2 x parents and 2 children (6 yrs. and 3 yrs.)
The layout provides the requisite number of bedrooms and toilets etc. that are desireable for such a party. Mme. Mercier was very helpful and provided us with a ground plan of the property, which made everything very clear.
The house is clean, well equipped and exactly as described in the advertisement and at the 2015 rates, very reasonable. the kitchen was, frankly, small but those booking for 2016 should find that a new kitchen has been fitted, providing a much better layout.
The garage contains a large number of bikes. These are great for the cycle track along the coast which is very flat and a joy to ride. Hire them for 100Euros per week.
Bretignolle is a very family friendly resort with some nice beaches and OK places to eat. The house is about 75 mins from Puy du Fou - voted worlds best theme park for the 2nd year running. This is an absolute must for children of all ages.

la maison est parfaite ! il y a de l'espace, un beau jardin, il ne manque rien !!! idéale avec de jeunes enfants ! seul bémol: la plage est trop loin pour y aller à pieds avec de jeunes enfants. Par contre, si vous aimez faire du vélo, vous aimerez les balades sur les pistes cyclables dans le centre ville et en bord de mer...

Maison sympa, très bien équipée pouvant accueillir un couple et de grands enfants. Très bon confort, le jardin est très agréable ainsi que la grande véranda. Quartier très calme, repos assuré. Les nombreux vélos mis à disposition permettent de longues et belles balades le long de la mer.
