This lovely space features two bedrooms, including one king bed and one twin bed with a trundle second twin, plus a nice living room with fireplace with a sofa bed for extra guests. With two bathrooms, getting ready is easy and comfortable. The condo stays cool with air conditioning and warm with heating, making it perfect year-round. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches that make relaxing here a breeze. Access to two outdoor heated pools and jacuzzis, two tennis/pickleball courts, two gyms with sauna and indoor jacuzzis, and two billiard rooms and office space. Renovated kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. BEACH CHAIRS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. Parking available. Just bring your sunscreen! Drive to St. Pete for a baseball game in Tropicana Field, or pre-season Phillies and Yankees games nearby! Football, concerts and Hockey in Tampa are just 40 mins away. We stayed in this condo for a week. The location is perfect! Sand Key is a quiet area with beautiful beaches but just a few miles away is busy Clearwater beach with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. The building has a lot of great amenities such as pool/spa/sauna/exercise room/pool table/library as well as pickleball/tennis courts. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need to stay inside and cook or go to the beach. It has been recently renovated with cute decor. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding and soft towels. There are ceiling fans and floor fans which help with the afternoon sun. The balcony has plenty of seating for the BEST sunset views! The views are definitely worth it! Tip: If you need darkness while sleeping, bring a sleep mask. The lights from the pool area do shine into the master bedroom window even with the curtains closed.
