~ No same-day bookings - 4-day lead time required to turn in lease to CBC complex for approval.
~ This condo requires a two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
~ Application is Required
~ $150 application Fee charged at the time of booking.
~ No Pets Allowed
~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.
PARKING 🚗
Parking is available for two vehicles. Only under the building, parking, and cars cannot exceed 6'3", including items on the roof of the vehicle.
🧼SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.

Let me explain this place- this room in particular. You are maybe 15 ft from the tennis court straight out the front door. The front door is right beside the stairs (important because 2nd night there emergency system alarmed at 350 am to evacuate immediately-sprinkler busted im pretty sure so no harm) elevator is right beside the stairs beside the front door. This place is stocked! There were 2 boxed fans (very important to me to sleep) kitchen had all I needed to make breakfast and dinner. No strainer for noodles but who cares. There are beach chairs (i should have looked through the closets because I bought a box fan and 3 beach chairs cause I forgot mine at home) check the closets before you run to Walmart! I packed almost my whole kitchen but there were tide pods dryer sheets dishwasher pods already there too. The master bedroom closet has so many extra towels blankets quilts sheets pillows essentials- never been to a condo before that had this amount of extra essentials for your stay! Met a man there who said he lived there and has been there since before it was built and according to him this part of the beach is the widest part of the beach on that side. We left sand toys and baggie in the hall closet to add to the goodies in there for others to enjoy! There are tennis balls/ rackets and pickle ball paddles in there too! Do me a favor go eat breakfast at beach shanty Cafe off Mandalay Ave. We lost the key fob and within 10 mins had a call and them found!

Our condo was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious, with everything we could possibly have needed. We had an amazingly wonderful time for our week stay.

This was an amazing vacation and location. The calm, family friendly atmosphere is a gem. The place was exactly as described and more. Home away from home. It was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The gated and safety environment was much appreciated. We loved the hours of the pool use and that it was clean at all times. The beach access was excellent, specially for my daughter and mother.
We did have a weather relate incident with the beach umbrella we rented, but it was replaced immediately without any issues. I only wish there was an option to rent or borrow a beach wagon.
We are looking forward to our next vacation in this place for next summer.
