This condo has everything you could possibly want in an oceanfront vacation rental. The two master suites both have incredible water views—you can actually hear the waves while lying in bed, which was so relaxing. The living and dining rooms are beautifully furnished, and the mirrors are a nice touch because they reflect the ocean from almost every angle.
Our favorite part of the condo was definitely the balcony. It's on the 18th floor and has super comfy chairs, loungers, and tables. The view is absolutely breathtaking—it was hard to leave that peaceful spot to go down to the beach (though the warm, crystal-clear water made it worth it!).
There were lots of thoughtful extras, too. The washer and dryer were super convenient, especially for drying our beach towels overnight so they were ready to go the next day. The condo also came stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas, which made heading down to the sand so easy and stress-free.
We loved the extra amenities like the pool, hot tub, and grills, and the location in Sand Key is perfect. It's peaceful and quiet, but only a 5-minute drive to downtown Clearwater. Grocery stores were just 10 minutes away, so everything we needed was close by.
Our family of four stayed for a week and had the best time. By the end, we were already saying, “Next time, let's stay two or three weeks… or maybe we should just buy this place!” Thank you for sharing this amazing condo—we can't wait to come back!

The condo was excellent! Amazing view of the Gulf right off the large balcony. During our stay we saw multiple manatees, sting rays, and dolphins. The unit has everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, water pressure was good in the showers. We spent very little time inside (the balcony is too awesome not to be out on) but there was plenty of room for the four of us. The unit is very tastefully decorated and the furniture comfortable. There is also a Jolly Trolley stop just across from the building which made it very convenient to get to Clearwater just up the road. The beach is just steps outside the unit. We had a minor hiccup at check in, but the property manager at SandyFeet was very fast to respond and the situation was resolved very quickly. We are already talking and planning for a return trip to the same unit next year.

The view is amazing and condo was great; however, we would never stay there again. First, the owners that lived there were very rude. More importantly, on day 3 of 10, the maintenance man told my us to get my 9 month old grandson out of the pool. He said he isn’t allowed in it. We booked and advised we had an infant with us so that should of been disclosed. It should be in the verbiage of the listing. It was not. The trip was pretty windy so we couldn’t spend all day at the beach, we expected to spend most time in the pool. The two things I looked for to book was oceanfront and a pool. My grandson loves to be in the pool. I sent a message bc this impacted our trip tremendously and was told, sorry, that is a new rule. What I was told at the building is it has been like that for a few years. I feel as though, they got my money and did care after that because they offered no resolution. To be fair, if you are older with no children and enjoy being in a quiet area this might be for you. Also, there wasn’t much in walk ability.
