About this house rental
In a small, quiet, and safe residential area in sunny Jávea (Xàbia) lies our charming bungalow – a place where indoor and outdoor spaces blend effortlessly and outdoor living is key.
🏡 Enjoy indoors
The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning (hot & cold) and for the cooler winter evenings, a cozy wood stove.
The naja (sunroom) is a lovely spot to enjoy the sun early in the year with a cup of coffee or a good book. There is also Wi-Fi and a smart TV available.
There are two bedrooms:
One room with a double bed measuring 160x200cm
One room with two single beds measuring 90x200cm
For the little ones, a crib is available on request.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels/kitchen cloths are provided.
We do ask that you use your own beach towels for the pool or beach.
The kitchen iThe kitchen is fully equipped with: coffee maker, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, small oven, microwave, and toaster. But let's be honest… in Spain, it's actually better to just enjoy eating out ...
🌿 Outdoor living At the beach, you can walk straight onto the sand and into the sea. Just a bit away from all the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of cozy summer restaurants, still centrally located, and in winter lively enough with plenty of sunny spots.
Around the bungalow, there's a lovely green garden with lots of privacy. There are several seating areas: in the sun during winter, in the shade during summer. The ultimate Spanish outdoor life. In the storage room, you'll find beach beds and space to store things like snorkeling gear.

Within walking distance, you'll find various trendy restaurants. In just 7 minutes, you can walk to Cala Blanca,
A beautiful bay where you can enjoy snorkeling. There are also various walking routes along the sea and to the most beautiful beaches of Cala Blanca.
For more liveliness and sandy beaches, you can drive for 7 minutes or take the bus to Platja de l'Arenal, where you can enjoy charming top restaurants with sea views and often live music.
A visit to the old town of Xàbia and the harbor is also something you really shouldn’t miss.
In short: sun, sea, relaxation, fun, and the real Spanish outdoor life — all within reach.
