All on one level, the villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living area combining the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
The living room is one of the highlights of the house, with a large sweeping bay window that opens approximately two-thirds of the way, seamlessly connecting the interior with the terrace and garden. Both the living room and kitchen open directly onto the terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space overlooking the surrounding pine forest.

Easy entry to the villa, as per instuctions. Villa was clean, fresh and ready for us to enjoy our holiday. Peaceful, secluded and secure for the dog, but with everything we needed. Garden and pool lighting, were great for evenings. Family of 5, there was plenty of room for everyone. Just what we needed, for a relaxing get away. Florence the owner, was very easy to contact with any queries. Which were sovled very quickly. Would definitely use this villa again.

Villa was very clean, beautiful and had everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. Host was really helpful and responsive if I had a question. Loved staying here, would 100% recommend!

After a bit of random searching we decided that somewhere around Javea was our next destination. We narrowed the possible villas down to ten (all on Homeaways website). My husband made the final decision which was based on pool size. What a good choice!The pool is as big as it looks in the photos. Dave (the Orca inflatable) was waiting in the pool for us on arrival. What the information doesnt tell you is that the pool is very deep. Once I reached the narrowest part of the pool I couldnt touch the floor at all. My six foot son could stand on the bottom with his arms up and couldnt be seen. This means no fear about practising diving or silly jumps in.The garden is lovely and well tended. There is some grass maintained by a sprinkler system in the morning. Dont leave large towels on the washing line overnight or they will get wet!The villa was spotless and had everything you could need. We didnt use the BBQ as we were too lazy to want to clean it after. The main living/kitchen/dining area is very spacious. The bedrooms were of a decent size too. All of the bedroom windows had mosquito blinds which meant fresh air was still an option. There was an air conditioning unit in the living area and master bedroom. Fans were provided for the other bedrooms. There was a lot of wardrobe space if needed. We travelled light and used the washing machine and line dryer in the garden. There was an iron and ironing board but we didnt fancy ironing.The wifi was good inside the villa and worked on the loungers by the pool. The area was quiet and sometimes we forgot that there were neighbours either side. The house is in the suburbs. You do need transport as it is a few kilometres to the main town or beach. El Arenal is a gorgeous beach with everything you could need. The lovely restaurants meant that we didnt eat at the villa much.Florence, the villas owner, has been exceptionally helpful in dealing with our queries and always very prompt in replying. If we were in the position of buying a villa, we would be asking Florence to sell it to us today. It is exactly the type of villa with pool we would choose and in a fantastic locality.The only word of warning is that there was rain in early August before we arrived leading to perfect breeding conditions for tiger mosquitoes. These pesky creatures dont wait till dusk and are about in the day. Bring your insect repellent and use the mosquito blinds.
