Carousel Buses operates the 275 service, which links High Wycombe to Oxford. The Oxford Bus Company also runs the 280 and night version N280, connecting Thame, Headington, and Oxford City Centre. Other services include the OX8 and the 400/N400 routes, which offer more regional connections. These buses stop at various convenient points around Wheatley, including Ambrose Rise, ASDA, Ashurst Court, Friday Lane, The Avenue, The Plough, and St Mary's Church.



There is also a dedicated school bus service called the city11S, introduced in 2023, which serves Wheatley Park School. This is a pre-booked service for students only.
