Wake up in a peaceful village setting and enjoy breakfast in the sunny south-facing garden, just 15 minutes from Oxford. This cosy 3-bedroom cottage sleeps 6, with three double bedrooms, a comfy lounge, full kitchen and dining table for relaxed meals. Pets are welcome, the garden is enclosed, and you’ll have fast WiFi, self check-in and rare private parking for 4–5 cars. The space

- This is a cosy, single-level home that works well for families, couples travelling together, and small groups visiting Oxford.

- Light, comfortable lounge with two sofas, coffee table and Smart TV. There is also a dining table seating 6 guests, ideal for shared meals, planning your Oxford days, or working remotely.
Kitchen:
- Modern and fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cookware, crockery, cutlery and useful basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper.
Bedrooms (3 doubles):
- Bedroom 1: standard double bed
- Bedroom 2: small double bed
- Bedroom 3: small double bed
- Each bedroom includes wardrobe or hanging space and bedside storage. A hair dryer is available.
Bathroom:
- Family bathroom with shower over the bath. Towels and toiletries provided.
Garden:
- South-facing garden with outdoor seating - a pleasant spot to relax after a day in Oxford.

- Wheatley is a well-connected Oxfordshire village with shops, a bakery, pubs, restaurants and takeaways all within walking distance.
- Oxford city centre: approx. 15 minutes by car
- Bus stop: short walk from the house
- M40 (J8/8A): approx. 5 minutes by car
- London: approx. 1 hour by car
- You’ll have the convenience of Oxford access while staying in a quieter residential area.
Other:
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
- For stays over 20 days, a mid-stay clean (£100) is required and includes fresh towels and linen
- When parking, please leave clear access along the side of the driveway for garden maintenance
- You will have exclusive access to the entire property

This property is a delight. It was super clean, had everything we needed (including paper towels and foil!) and the bird song is amazing. Walked 7 min to get the bus into Oxford - walked even less minutes to a lovely Thai curry at the pub. Highly recommend.

We had the most beautiful relaxing stay at Anna’s bungalow. The house is on the quietest road I’ve stayed on. We appreciated how cool the house was in the hot weather! I stayed in the master bedroom which was very spacious, light and the bed was extremely comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our three days stay. A huge garden with a cute little table and chairs and swing seat for a lovely peaceful breakfast in the sun. We had a wonderful short walk up the road to the local bakery and enjoyed a lovely Thai curry at the local pub. The flowers and houses around the area are stunning. We took the bus into Oxford city centre which was just a short 25 min journey straight from Wheatley which saved us using the park and road (it’s the same bus!). Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.
