Tucked into a peaceful hillside neighborhood, the condo offers easy access to North Beach, one of San Clemente’s most relaxed beach areas and the scenic coastal trail.
A short stroll brings you to shoreline access, seaside walking paths, local cafés, and convenient shopping. This home is in San Clemente and NOT LOCATED CLOSE TO LAGUNA BEACH.
Inside, the space is designed for comfort after a day by the ocean. Large windows and ocean breezes keep the condo naturally cool, while the interior blends relaxed beach style with practical amenities.
