About this chalet rental
The Chalet de Lormier is a warm accommodation combining wood, authenticity and comfort. Ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends, it offers modern decoration and a private enclosed garden. The accommodations are located 4 km from Saulieu, it is also close to the Morvan lakes. This accommodations are perfect for lovers of nature and calm. Ideal for lovers of hiking or motorbike rides to discover the landscapes of the Morvan.
The chalet has a friendly living space with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed and a television. Upstairs, two welcoming bedrooms offer a pleasant sleeping area, one with a double bed 160x200 and another with two twin beds that can be joined together by 80x190. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A small room is equipped with a washer and dryer and household products. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a large enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing, sharing a barbecue or simply enjoying the calm. You will also have reversible air conditioning for a pleasant stay in all seasons. The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Bed linen option:
For more comfort, I suggest the preparation of beds before your arrival. Sheets (pillowcases, fitted sheets and duvet cover) are available as an option at a rate of €12 for a double bed and €8 for a single bed.
Towel option:
A kit including a large and a small towel is also available at a price of €5 per person.
Pet option:
Pets are welcome (flat rate of €25 per stay). For their comfort, two bowls and a cushion will be made available to them so that they also feel at home.
Cleaning:
The accommodation must be left clean when you leave. If cleaning is not carried out, a flat rate of €50 will be applied.
Deposit:
A deposit of €300 will be requested on arrival and returned after verification of the accommodation.
