Clean, comfortabel well appointed aparteent in the heart of town.

Location was excellent in the heart of the old town. Room was very pleasantly renovated, bright and spacious. Host was very quick to respond to a query we had.

Incredible location in one of the prettiest French villages (which for France is saying a lot!). Relatively few tourists. Beautifully remodeled and equipped apartment up OLD circular staircase. Didn’t meet hosts but excellent directions. Extremely good value!

Samur en Auxois has some very good restaurants but you need to reserve several days in advance, and the good ones close Sunday and sometimes even Monday and Tuesday. Obviously not the property’s fault but plan ahead.

Pleasant stay in a nice medieval environment.

Nice location in the center of the old town. Spacious, well appointed apartment.

Location in the pedestrian area means carrying your luggage from the car par a few hundred meters away. A bit overpriced compared to other apartments in the same comfort category.

Beautiful historic apartment in the heart of the old town. It felt like staying at home rather than accommodation. The personal touches of the hosts were amazing. I felt they took a lot of care in thinking of what the guests would enjoy.

couldnt seem to work out the clothes dryer. The washing machine made our stay much nicer.

Good apartment in a wonderful location

Location in the very center of Semur was perfect. Bathroom and the kitchen were newly renovated and very nice. We got the keys from the locker, and although we never met our hostess, she was readily available via messages. The village is one of the most beautiful places we have visited in France. All that you need ( a small grocery shop, restaurant, cafe and bakery) are very close to the apartment.

The furniture and decoration of the bedroom did not reach the quality of the rest of the apartment - the bed was quite small for two adults, and the room was not homely. Yet considering the very reasonable price of the apartment it is not fair to expect more. The main problem was the noise - we woke up at about 00.30 a.m. as somebody was having a party downstairs, and they continued for a couple of hours. Not too nice as we were supposed to drive over 480 km next morning.

The apt was located perfectly in the village. It was very well equipped for breakfast and other meals should one want to cook but easy walking distance to all restaurants and cafes. The apartment was open, cozy and clean. We would be happy to return. And just might!

Просторные апартаменты со всеми удобства в самом центре Семюра. Из бонусов - в общей зоне есть стиральная машина. Кто пишет о крутой лестнице, это просто скандальные люди: я передвигаюсь с костылем и дискомфорта не испытывал.

Было довольно холодновато, температура в апартаментах ночью опустилась до +14 градусов. Но, возможно, это особенность региона. Но поднять температуру своими силами нельзя, это может сделать хозяин дистанционно.

Bon séjour

Ayant entre 71 et 76 ans , nous avions vu qu'il y avait des escaliers mais pas autant raides. Pour soulever les valises et sacs que nous avions, nous avons eu du mal a les monter. En plus, nous étions au dernier étage, ayant peur des escaliers et n'ayant pas de rampe sur la dernière partie, nous n'étions pas rassurés.

Situation idéale et appartement agréable

L'appartement est cosy, bien décoré et bien aménagé. Il jouit d'une excellente situation en plein centre mais on n'entend pas le bruit de la rue. Il contient tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un bon séjour.

L'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement est très raide donc difficile pour des personnes plus âgées ou moins mobiles. Il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjour et la climatisation aurait été bienvenue , la nuit ayant été difficile à cause de la chaleur et ce, malgré le ventilateur fourni 😓

Sympa mais entretien "bricolage".

Très grand appartement. Déco impeccable. Idéalement placé au cœur du quartier historique et du marché. Cuisine et salle d'eau bien équipées. Propreté impeccable. Canapé lit très confortable.

Porte palière (en medium et carton) de l'appartement pas du tout sécurisée et qui ne ferme pas correctement (la serrure est montée à l'envers). La porte de la chambre ne ferme pas du tout (pas de gâche dans l'huisserie). Porte d'entrée sur rue avec une serrure capricieuse.

L appartement est vaste, salon cuisine très agréables et lumineux. Malheureusement bruyant le soir fenêtres ouvertes en été a cause des restaurants en dessous.. .mais la rue piétonne fait aussi le charme de l appartement très bien situé. La chambre est au calme à l arrière
