About this house rental
House in the heart of the Morvan park with a large wooded and enclosed plot, located opposite the lake of Settons with an unobstructed view of the lake. On the lake you can practice water sports, sailing, pedal boating, or discover the lake by boat trip. A footpath is laid out on the water to reach the island. Quiet and privileged place. The 3300 m2 plot is fully enclosed, your pets are accepted.
Dogs and cats are accepted. Inquire for other pets Supplement 4 euros per day/animal, consult me if more than 3 dogs.
Bed linen and towels not provided, optional.
8 Kwatt of electricity included per day. Meter read on arrival of the holidaymaker. The excess is charged at 28 cents per kwatt.
Nearby: mountain biking, horse riding, rafting, quad biking, motorcycle rides, mushroom picking in the fall.
The house of the Morvan Park in Saint-Brisson in a natural setting of 40 hectares, the Resistance Museum, the Morvan Ecomuseum, the Herbularium, the arboretum, the conservatory orchard.
Towns to discover: Saulieu 20 kms, Autun Gallo-Roman remains 30 kms, Semur en Auxois 45 kms, Vézelay and its basilica 60 kms, Bibracte and Mont Beuvray, Beaune and the whole coast of the vineyards 70 kms.
Also Chateau-Chinon 30 kms away, costume museum, museum of the septennat.

Great cottage located at the lake. Just cross the road to enjoy the clean waters of Lac des Settons. Thanks to the huge enclosed garden children and dogs have all the space they need without having to worry about their safety.
If during Sunday’s it gets a bit too crowded for your likings one can sit in the back for complete privacy.
We had a wonderful stay.
Some minor improvements could be splitting the power between oven and other equipment as it cuts power when oven is used.
Can recommend.
