Welcome to this spacious 6-bedroom, 7-bed home with plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind.
Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite with a private full bath, plus three additional bedrooms, a laundry room, and a cozy living area.
On the main level, enjoy a dedicated office space with two full desks, a well-equipped kitchen, two separate living areas, a mudroom, and a half bath.
The downstairs features two more bedrooms, including one with two full beds, a second full kitchen, a living room, another full bath and walk out patio.
Step outside to a natural rock path leading down to the lake. While the rental doesn’t include a boat, you’ll have access to a private dock, and a public launch is just a few miles away.
For outdoor enjoyment, two grills are provided, along with a dining area, a fire pit, and stunning lake views.
The charming town of Old Forge is only a 30-minute drive away. A short 25-minute drive to downtown Utica and 30-minutes from Rome.
There’s parking for two cars in the driveway, with additional parking available across the road.
During winter months this house is an ideal retreat for snowmobilers! The snowmobile trail access is just 0.25 miles down Fern cliff Road, allowing guests to easily ride on and off the trail. There's also ample parking space, including room for two trailers if needed.
