Welcome to Batignolles — one of the most sought-after pockets of Paris, and it's easy to see why. The neighbourhood has a genuine village feel: organic markets, independent bakeries, neighbourhood bistros and green open spaces like Parc Martin Luther King and Square des Batignolles are all within easy walking distance. It's relaxed, local and a great alternative to the busier tourist zones, while still being firmly in the heart of the city.
Getting around Paris couldn't be easier.
Brochant station (Line 13) and Pont Cardinet station (Line 14) are just minutes away on foot, putting the Louvre, Saint-Lazare, and the grands boulevards within easy reach. Even Paris-Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports are only approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.
The city is your oyster — and coming home to this quiet corner of the 17th makes every outing even sweeter.
This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
