The rustico is accessible by car, and is surrounded by a cultivated plot of 1200 m2 with a small chicken coop (fresh eggs for breakfast are of course allowed) and garden and is situated at about 1160m above sea level, equipped with:Ground floor; corner bench with table for about 8 people, a wood cooker a fireplace well suited for barbecuing, firewood is available, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator, sink, small cellar, cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Gas water heater for hot water, Upstairs sleeping area; 1 double and 1 triple room, a bathroom with shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are provided. Low current is provided by our solar system (lighting, heating in the bathroom, fridge and sockets - WE RECOMMEND not to connect more than one appliance, thank you).The permit for your vehicle is included in the price and will be given to you on the day of arrival in Vicosoprano with the key, please do not forget to tell us your car registration number for the driving licence.You can also buy red bags for the waste from us.
