Lovely and historic home with updates is close to everybody's favorite Wellfleet spots.
Only a 11-min walk/2-min bike ride to Mayo Beach for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and kayaking! Only a 9-min walk/2-min bike ride to Main Street for restaurants, shops and galleries.
Built in 1890, this lovely updated three-bedroom home is the perfect meeting of historic charm and modern convenience.
Enter and open and bright living room with comfortable seating, decorative fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable. Just beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The nicely-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. The center island provides additional workspace. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for all.
A slider from the dining area leads to a roomy screen porch with table, chairs and lounge seating--a wonderful spot for morning coffee, meals and relaxation.
The primary bedroom is on the first floor. This spacious bedroom has a king bed, desk, skylights and ductless split unit air conditioner. The first floor bathroom with shower is accessed by the back hall and the primary bedroom.
The homes other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is one bathroom on the second floor with a tub/shower. A small den at the end of the hall has a loveseat and flat screen smart TV (streaming only, access content with your own accounts). A lovely spot to curl up with a good book.
Washing machine and dryer conveniently located in the back hall on the first floor.
Air conditioning: The living room and the two second floor bedrooms have window air conditioners. The first floor primary bedroom has a ductless split unit air conditioner.
The home sits on a lovely manicured lawn with mature trees and mature plantings. A door from the screen porch leads to a small back deck with dining table and gas grill. Just off the deck is an enclosed outdoor shower.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
