IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Most comfortable for groups of 6–8 adults or families with children.

• Pet-Free Property: Casa Solena is intentionally maintained as a pet-free property due to severe pet allergies within our family and out of consideration for future guests who specifically seek pet-free accommodations. Please ensure this policy works for your travel plans before booking.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking

• For security and insurance purposes, we reserve the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID from the primary guest and, when necessary, additional adult guests prior to check-in

• Quiet residential neighborhood - no parties or events

• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles (no street parking)

• Plunge pool is shallow and designed for relaxing; no diving. Children must be supervised at all times

• Standard residential water heater - spacing showers is recommended for larger groups

• Sunroom is a bright bonus space and may feel warmer during peak summer afternoons

• Minut monitoring device in the main living area monitors noise levels, crowd size, and cigarette smoke to help ensure compliance with house rules. It does not record audio, conversations, or video

• Exterior security cameras cover the front entry, driveway, and front yard only. No backyard or interior cameras

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
