FINES & FEES:
CLEANING FEE: Guests are still paying the same total as before—previously $350 plus Airbnb’s 15% guest fee (totaling to $400). Airbnb has now reduced the guest service fee to 0%, and instead charges hosts a 15.5% fee. The cleaning fee is now $400 to offset this change, allowing us to pay our cleaners the full amount under the new fee structure. But the cleaning fee cost to the guest is exactly the same as it did before.
POOL HEAT: $40/night
EXTRA GUESTS: $57/night + TAX per EXTRA guest. ALL GUESTS over 10 guests are considered “EXTRA”. NO more than 12 guests/visitors are permitted on the property anytime.

Perfect location, very nice neighborhood, the house is very well equiped, hosts are very nice and easy to comunicate with.
We really enjoyed our stay, we were two family of 5 and it was perfect.

The house was beautiful with all the amenities we needed for a family trip of 10! *Would suggest some AC in the game room! It was extremely hot which we didn’t make use of pool table and games due to how hot and humid it was.

The pictures and descriptions don’t do this place justice. We were blown away with all the modern amenities from the appliances to the linen. Everything is spacious and our party of 8 had plenty of room. The adults in our party especially loved the hot tub after the long days at the beach. Manatee beach is just a short 15 min drive from the property. Would definitely consider this property again for future visits to the area.
