About this house rental
Welcome to Two Friends From Colorado, a luxurious, newly built retreat in Destin’s beloved Crystal Beach. Just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. This refined home offers elevated coastal living with curated interiors and upscale finishes. Designed to accommodate up to 11 guests, it’s ideal for larger families and groups seeking both luxury and comfort, with effortless access to the beach, pool, dining, and shopping. Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
HOA Regulations:
• No trailers, boats, or RV`s allowed on the premises.
• Parking is prohibited on the street or in the right of way, and blocking
sidewalks is not permitted.
• Any violations may result in ticketing and towing at the guest`s expense.
Property Care and Maintenance:
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited ANYWHERE on the property, including indoor areas, balconies, patios, porches, and outdoor grounds. If smoking is detected or guests are observed smoking on the property, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund, and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• No pets allowed.
• No partying allowed.
• Guests are responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival and reporting
any damages immediately.
• Please rinse off sand with the front porch hose before entering the house.
• Close all doors to prevent the AC unit from freezing.
• Avoid setting AC below 68 degrees.
• No spray or colored sunscreen is permitted inside the house.
• Do not hang towels on front porch railings.
• Clean the dryer vent after every use to prevent fire hazards.
• Do not dispose of tampons or sanitary napkins in toilets.
