Just what the doctor ordered - take your "Chill Pill"! Slow down, and get some R&R with family and friends. Walk across the street to our free chair service for 6 on the beach (March thru Oct). Shoot a game of pool or challenge your teens at the shuffleboard table for some quality time in our spacious living room that never feels crowded. Take a dip in our heated private pool and walk to Camille's coffee shop or restaurants, or jot around in the golf cart, Destin Commons just a few blocks away - has 85+ restaurants/shops incl Bass Pro Shop, movies, bowling at Uncle Bucks, ice cream, etc.
BEDS: Chill Pill sleeps 24 in beds but MAX 12 adults in the 6 King suites, all attached baths >>> only 12 & under in bunks. 7 Full and one half-bath.
BEACH SUPPLIES: We provide a LONG list of beach supplies worth thousands $ for the week including FREE CHAIR SERVICE for 6 from March 1-Oct 31, a kayak and stand-up-paddleboard (SUP), rolling coolers and beach carts, appx 12 beach towels, etc.
KITCHEN: You'll love our spacious and fully-outfitted kitchen with all the gadgets, two coffee makers, crock pots, waffle maker, blender, etc. Gas cooktop, double ovens, built-in ice maker under counter, trash compactor, even basic spices. Second fridge in laundry room, and DOUBLE washer/dryers.
+Six KING suites (one is on first floor) each have their OWN private bathroom, plus entire third floor is a large bunk room with its own lounge area and also a private bathroom. No sharing bathrooms, and great flow in the 43 X 17 living area! Kids LOVE the bunk room and the adults love the kids having their own bunk room (wink wink). *Only 12 & under in twin bunks*
*WE PROVIDE*:
++ free CHAIR SERVICE for 6 at water's edge (March thru Oct) with room behind you for remainder of your group to set up! That's 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas and the attendant to help you.
++ 6 more folding sand chairs in shed
++ 6-seater GOLF CART, liability waiver required
++ a SUP (stand-up-paddleboard), and a kayak
++ a rolling beach cart and 2 rolling coolers

*HOUSE SPECS*:
++ 2 of the 6 King suites also have a set of twin bunks in case your little ones aren't ready to sleep with the "big kids" in the 3rd floor bunk room.
++ 3rd floor "crow's nest" is 450 sq ft bunk room and has 4 sets built-in bunks, its own attached bathroom, and its own 3 leather couch lounge area and 65" TV to entertain the kids.
++ All bathrooms are walk-in tiled showers except the 2 "family" bedrooms which have a tub/shower combo to bathe the little ones.
++ Fast wi-fi, and SONOS speaker system. All rooms have 4K wi-fi TVs, plus 2 in living room (one on couch end and one by pool table). 9 total TVs in this house.
++ 3 of the King bedrooms open onto balcony facing beach side, which is full width of the house
++ 15 X 25 pool has tanning shelf; gas grill by pool.
++ Laundry has DOUBLE washer/dryers, so crucial when you have a big crowd!
++ Keyless entry system. Enter your chosen code and never carry a key.
++ High-end mattresses and 650-thread count linens; clean-lines coverlets.
++ Wood-look tile and LVP flooring that is much cleaner than carpets which get inundated with salt and sand (minimal area rugs as needed).

*NOTES*:
++ pool heat is $30/day invoiced separately, and scheduled from 10am to 10pm. Ability to heat pool is at our discretion from Nov to Feb. We can keep pool around 88 degrees in winter unless there is an extreme cold snap. In Spring and Fall, if you'd like, we can keep pool UP TO 102 degrees, weather permitting.
++ We have parking for a MAX of 6 vehicles per the City of Destin. Not one inch of your vehicle can extend over sidewalk or you will be fined, so plan vehicles accordingly. NO street parking, NO boats/ jet skis/ trailers of any type. They HOA is quick to write tickets/fines for any breach of neighborhood rules.
++ this is a neighborhood with some full-time residents. We do not host party groups, student groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and weddings and other events are not allowed. It's a family-friendly area. Please keep that in mind when deciding if this is a good fit for you.
++ CAMERA NOTE: There is a ring-style doorbell camera pointed out from front door. This allows us to monitor parking, putting out and retrieving trash bins, and protecting our property in the off-season. There are no other cameras. ***.
