When you reserve Unit #108, you’ll enjoy 2,727 square feet of comfort and convenience, including two beautifully furnished living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with double the appliances, and two washers and dryers to make longer stays effortless.
The #108A side features three bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to ten guests. The master suite boasts a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and elegant vanity. A second bedroom offers another king bed, while the third includes two twin-over-full bunk beds—ideal for kids or extra guests. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo for added convenience.
On the #108B side, you’ll find two bedrooms and two baths, sleeping six guests comfortably. The master suite includes a king bed and a beautifully upgraded en suite with a walk-in shower and modern vanity. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Both bathrooms feature stylish updates and wide mirrors, creating a spa-like feel throughout.
Step outside to two patios with limited Gulf views and direct access to the sundeck—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. High-speed internet keeps you connected, and three seasonal beach service setups (three umbrellas and six chairs) ensure your spot on the sand is ready.

Perfect. Family lived the accommodations and the beach. Pool was just outside our door and kids loved it. Will comeback again and will recommend to our friends!!!!!!!!!

Perfect stay! Right by the pool and beach. We had two babies, two young kids, and five adults. Lots of place for everybody to sleep and spread out. Two kitchens and dining tables for ease of eating. Lots of light. Babies could not toddle out to pool because of locking gates. Adults agreed we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and having an attached condo so that everyone (10 of us) could go back and forth was wonderful. However, at more these prices, I expected better equipped kitchens. Gratefully, we had access to each side's kitchen and we made it work, but it was less than exemplary. Overly used and worn out pots/pans, blenders, dishes w/chips in them, etc. And the beds were iffy. My husband and I had the "green" side master suite and the bed was AWFUL. He found a mattress topper someone had left behind and we used it. It was only for a full sized bed, but we laid it long-ways and it gave us some relief. I heard equal complaints from our other family members about their beds. Read the other reviews and believe that the parking is as bad as everyone says. Because of the restaurant on site, you cannot park in certain spaces and if you have more than 2 vehicles (we had 3 for 10 people), the extra car(s) will be parked off site. Very inconvenient. Beach is gorgeous and it was nice to have the chair service each day. The beach staff was very generous about giving us more chairs than the ones that came w/the room and did so at no additional cost. Destin is one of our favorite beaches. Overall we had a wonderful time, but I don't think I would book here again.
