The game room includes custom bunk beds with 4 queen beds, each equipped with its own TV, along with a pool table, dart board, and plenty of space for fun and relaxation.

The second story offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with outdoor balconies featuring beautiful ocean views, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind.

- Parking in driveway ONLY; no blocking sidewalks or street parking allowed
-Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Keep pool gates secured and slider doors that access the pool secure at all times for safety.
