Third-floor Casa Mayo condo at Marina Sol in Cabo San Lucas — walking distance from Médano Beach, the marina, and Puerto Paraíso. What sets it apart isn`t the location, though that`s excellent. It`s the interior: terra cotta tile floors, embroidered Oaxacan cushions in reds and golds, carved masks, folk sculptures, and a bold Catrina portrait above the king bed. The kind of space that reflects a place rather than just existing in it.

The living and dining areas share a wide open plan, bright with natural light from windows on two sides. City rooftops and mountains fill the view as the afternoon light moves through the room.
