Pros: Great location, walkable, about 10 min walk to Playa El Médano and close to restaurants/downtown. Clean, modern, well-maintained unit with a full kitchen and nice pool. Cons: Very loud nightlife noise until 3–5am. No guardrails on open stairs to the 2nd floor in the unit (not suitable for young kids, very high risk of injury or slipping). Limited service: requests regarding anything inside of unit require contacting the host via WhatsAapp; don't expect full service.

Really spacious, great for a family or a friend group. Walking distance from everything (Beach/Clubs/Food/Groceries/etc) I would 100% stay here again
