Beautifully furnished NEWER 2 Bedroom, 2 full bathroom end-unit penthouse with views of Medano Beach. This gorgeous unit with wrap around ocean view balcony PLUS a private rooftop deck with jacuzzi, loungers & dining table. We offer luxury linens, fully-stocked kitchen for gourmet meals, large ss BBQ for your grilling pleasure. Sip your morning coffee on your balcony, watch the fireworks from your jacuzzi on your private rooftop deck. And of course the penthouse has a dedicated property manager/ concierge that can arrange ground transportation, golf excursions, activities, dinner reservations, in unit massages, and much more. . We're located on the 6th floor in an elevator building. Onsite are two large HEATED swimming pools, free underground parking. We have FREE Hi-Speed WiFi and all the high end finishes you would want in a vacation home like granite countertops, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge and large Flat Screens with smart TVs .
Both the Living Room and Master suite have ocean views and open to the balcony.. The spacious living room opens to the wrap-around balcony. Sip your coffee or margarita and watch the boats from your private balcony. The large stainless steel BBQ is great to cook your catch (or your steak).
Don't miss the chance to go to your private rooftop deck with jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and comfy sectional sofa. You can watch awesome sunsets as well as the boats in the bay all lit up at night. If you're lucky you'll see some firework celebrations from the local resorts.
The master suite is spacious and has a king bed, large screen TV and a slider with a Juliette balcony looking to the hills. The other slider opens to the wrap-around balcony. The suite has a private bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower as well as a closet for hanging clothes with a safe inside.
The spacious guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made into 1 king bed upon request. The large guest bathroom has huge walk-in shower. Your condo is setup and fully equipped for every need with an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo has everything-- hair dryers, iron, toiletries, luxurious extra large towels and sheets.
Medano beach is a short walk to the end of the road. It is one of the few swimmable beaches and is perfect for all types of water sports. When you step onto the beach you'll have a myriad of activities to do: jet skis, SU Paddle boards, kayaks, water taxis (takes you to Lovers Beach or to the Marina in town). the beach is lined with bars and restaurants. Lounge on the beach while your waiter brings you a old beer or margarita. THE BEST! Don't miss the fun at Mango Deck or the craziness at The Office.
For the WFH people we have high speed internet and color printer.
Just step outside the gates of this completely secured complex with 24/7 Security and you are one block to the Medano Beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. If you want to explore the town it's about a 15 min walk to the center (or a 5 min taxi). Enjoy morning and evening walks along the miles of beach. We love to have Happy Hour at Tabasco's and watch the sunset on the beach.

The condo was very cozy. The roof top area was excellent. We had view of the fireworks almost nightly. Would definitely stay here again. Hugo’s guacamole is the best I’ve ever tasted. Still want the recipe.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations! Everything was clean and in working order. Hugo arranged airport transportation and we were welcomed at the condo with delicious homemade guacamole and a personal tour with Hugo.

Concierge service was MIA for first three days and are the ones who set up transportation to and from airport, when landed transportation was 35 min late and at wrong location per our directions for meeting location. zero check in process, some was present when we arrived but turned around and disappeared. No key code entry code and after multiple request received wrong code from management. No laminated cards anywhere, even after checking all drawers and cabinets. So had to figure out WiFi, TV and everything basically. Lastly we’re there at peak of summer and thermostat constantly was programmed at 78 degrees even in the middle of night when sweating and having to turn down. Now the last 7 days were nice because we figured everything out with premises and concierge came back on line and did set up activities for us such as parasailing, UTV rides, boat ride to arch and transportation was on point returning to airport. Again place was great and maybe just a fluke we had horrible welcoming and were there 10 days so had time to adjust. Get a scooter if your staying that long duration during summer!
