Modern condo near Medano beach

This is a beautiful condo with all of the amenities you could want! The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed they even have a blender for your margaritas! The furnishings are high quality and they provided the shampoo conditioner and shower gel. The unit and building are well maintained and very clean. This area is very safe and the building also has full time security and wonderful lobby personnel ready to greet you each day. Located about 1/4 mile to the beach the building is modern and new. They have a large pool and a well appointed gym that never got too busy. Mauricio was a wonderful host and was super responsive. The unit is away from any street noise so we slept well. The AC is super strong and the unit was always comfortable. There is a full laundry room inside the unit as well. Beach towels and beach chairs were a nice touch🏝️ Walkable to a ton of restaurants and grocery stores as well as a Walmart. OXO (like a 7-11) is across the street too. You can walk to the Marina as well. You can’t go wrong staying here a true gem. Thank you Mauricio for a memorable trip, we will be back!

Good location to everything as well as the beach.

The staff has set a lot of outrageous fines if you break small rules like being too loud or hanging clothes in public.

The property is completely secure, security 24/7 with key cards to access you condo, has a parking space, gym, pool and jacuzzi roof tops (wasn’t working when we were there) . Our condo was fully stocked dishes, everything you needed to cook, towels, cooler umbrellas to take to the beach, couldn’t ask for anything more. It’s exactly like the pictures
