The approximately 75 m² three-room vacation apartment on the upper floor can accommodate up to 4 people and is conveniently located near the harbor in Karlshagen.
Upon entering the house, a somewhat steep but wide staircase leads to the bright and cozy vacation apartment. Due to this staircase, the accommodations are only partially suitable for people with limited mobility and for small children.
The bathroom, a small living area with a TV, and the two bedrooms are accessible from the hallway. Each bedroom has a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and, thanks to their comfortable size, offers additional space to relax. One of the bedrooms also features a dining table.
A small living area with a couch and TV is perfect for relaxing, reading, or spending time together.
The kitchenette is functionally integrated into the hallway area and allows you to prepare light meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet; there is no separate shower.
All windows have fly screens and electric exterior shutters.
A garden with barbecue facilities is available to guests. Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
The marina, located about 180 meters away, the Peenestrom River, and the wide Baltic Sea beach offer numerous opportunities for walks, bike rides, swimming trips, and maritime adventures. Excursions to nearby Peenemünde, approximately 4.7 km away, are also easily accessible from here.
