About this apartment rental
We warmly welcome you to our cozy 3-room apartment “Right on the Water,” which sleeps up to 6 people, including a toddler, and features a large sun terrace and lawn. Spend your vacation in a maritime setting right on the water, with a view of the Karlshagen marina.
This lovingly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment features 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a dining table and a comfortable leather sofa set.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchenette, fully equipped with plenty of dishes, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and heated floors. Each of the two separate bedrooms features a double bed (2 m x 2 m and 1.80 m x 2 m), a wardrobe, and storage space. If needed, the couch in the living room can be converted into a bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m).
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a large, south-facing terrace. Enjoy the unique view from the outdoor area of the hustle and bustle and the sailboats in the marina of the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen, as well as the expansive Peene meadows.
You’re welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can book the linens package for an additional fee.
We provide a high chair (free of charge) for our younger guests. A travel crib can be booked for an additional fee. Please bring your own crib linens if needed.
There is also a small playground at the back of the house.
Check your emails and surf the Internet. With the free Internet access available upon request, you’ll always stay up to date (you’ll receive your login details with your final payment confirmation). Of course, the apartment also features a modern flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player.

Apartment Right on the Water:
Charming 2-bedroom vacation apartment for up to 6 people (including a toddler), with everything you need for your vacation, including a sun terrace and Wi-Fi.
Adjacent to the terrace is a small, usable grassy area bordered by a hedge. The distance to the harbor edge is approximately 20 meters. The adjacent Peene meadows are perfect for leisurely strolls.
The bike and hiking trail runs right past the property, and a number of tour boats depart from the harbor. There’s also a bike rental station nearby that will deliver your bikes directly to the vacation rental. Please speak to our caretaker; he’ll be happy to give you tips and assist you with any questions you may have. During the season, the rather idyllic harbor is characterized by a variety of different sailboats and yachts. Karlshagen offers a wide range of event highlights, which can be found on the Baltic Sea resort’s website.
You are, of course, welcome to use a parking space for your car. If needed, you can also arrange for a second parking space in coordination with the property management service. Barbecuing is permitted on the premises. Please feel free to contact our caretaker regarding a grill.
