The newly created district on the beach road in the seaside Karlshagen is within walking distance. The 2-room apartments are located on the ground floor with terrace. Upstairs a 4- room-apartment with large balcony. A discreetly integrated in the living room wooden staircase (space-saving staircase) leads to the gallery. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. Each apartment has an open kitchen. The holiday home has a garden with an unobstructed view of a large lawn, which can be used by all guests of the house. Each apartment has a parking space. The apartments are comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space. There is a bicycle storage facility at guests' disposal. You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that the stay is pure from the first day. The cottage is not suitable for guest groups under 25 years.
