• Please respect neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially at night
• No loud music or gatherings outdoors after 10 PM

• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings
Smoking Policy
• No smoking inside the apartment
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (if applicable)
• A $200 fee may apply for odor removal if smoking occurs indoors

Cleanliness
• Please keep the space clean and tidy
• Do not leave food exposed to avoid insects
• Trash should be disposed in front

• Help us conserve energy on the island as it's very Expensive and limited.
