Please note that, as in many destinations, Puerto Rico may occasionally experience power outages due to circumstances beyond our control. This is a nationwide issue that can affect residences, vacation rentals, and hotels alike.
While we are not responsible for these outages, we always do our best to assist guests during any unexpected situation. In the event of a power outage affecting your stay, a 10% refund of the nightly rate for each affected night will be provided.

1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.
2. Apartment Condition
Please leave the apartment reasonably organized before departure.
City trash containers are located outside, up the block, where you may dispose of garbage.
3. Air Conditioning & Lights
Please leave the A/C ON at all times and turn off the lights when leaving the apartment.
4. Locking the Door
When leaving the apartment, please lock the door using the keypad button to ensure the unit is properly secured.
5. Plumbing Care
To prevent plumbing issues:
• Only flush toilet paper in the toilet
• Do not flush wipes, towels, or other items, as this can damage the pipes and cause flooding
6. Sand Policy
Please avoid entering the shower with sand on your body. Excess sand and salt can damage the plumbing system. Kindly rinse off as much as possible before entering the apartment.
7. Noise Policy
We understand you are on vacation, but please avoid loud music or shouting late at night. The property is located in a residential area, and respecting the community is very important.
8. Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property. This helps maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
9. Towels & Property Care
We work hard to maintain the apartment in excellent condition. Towels and linens are high-quality items, so we kindly ask guests to treat them with care to help us keep the space clean for future visitors.
10. Communication Hours
Our team is available to assist you from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Pet Policy
We take pride in maintaining our property in excellent condition for all guests.
While we love animals, pets are not allowed in order to maintain a safe and allergy-friendly environment.
If you have prior authorization for a service animal, a $100 cleaning fee will apply to cover the additional cleaning required after your stay.
