a bit off the road, but nice place with big clean rooms and friendly staff. offer tours to Yala NP, too, if you ask them hard enough :)

The room was great and the hosts were good too. The room was very clean inside and the bathroom was spacious! We got a cute handsoap when we asked for it. Only wish that the curtains were thicker, since the current ones were see-through. Hosts let us use the washrooms after we returned from safari (after checkout time). They also filled our bottle with hot water on request. They booked us a cab to Ella at a competitive price, better than the apps.
The safari guide who took us didn't communicate things properly. We didn't see a leopard which is understandable but we wish the guide could tell us certain information such as when he stopped but didn't let us know that it was a breakfast break, we realised it was when we saw him having his food. Even when we were leaving he didn't mention that we are wrapping up, he kept driving and suddenly we were at the gate.

An excellent guesthouse—really a great stay. We didn’t spend much time here because we arrived late and left early to join the safari they arranged, but everything was very smooth and professional. The host was extremely kind and even personally took us to the safari pick-up/starting point. The safari experience was fantastic—we saw a leopard, elephants, peacocks, and many other animals you’d hope to see in Yala.
The guesthouse itself was also very comfortable: the house is spacious, there was hot water, and parking was available. Overall, a very good experience and highly recommended, especially if you’re planning a Yala safari.
