The apartment is in a good location and well-appointed. Great views and comfortable beds.

The apartment was dirty on arrival. On the surface it looked clean, but the floors had hair and fluff on them, the bedside drawers were disgusting (dirty slippers, condoms (thankfully unopened!), chocolate crumbs), and the wardrobes were dusty and had dirty ski clothes left behind by previous guests. The downstairs area reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived, even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking property. We were also only given 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels for 5 guests (the manager confirmed with me before arrival that we were 5 guests). We flagged both issues with the property manager, but nothing was done, and we never received more towels. Cleanliness and responsiveness let down an otherwise good property. We stayed in this apartment before, but it is now under new ownership. I don't think we will book this property again next time.
