About this chalet rental
Luxurious rental home / apartment and ski lodge. Full home comforts in a relaxed and spacious ski chalet set in the high Andes, just one hour drive from Santiago, Chile. Enjoy the best skiing in South America, in the most appealing accommodation. Comprises two Four bedroom apartments - which can be rented individually or in combination (to create 8 bedrooms - sleep 16 pax). Each apartment has large living room with large dining area and open plan kitchen; Large balcony facing South and West; 8 person open air heated Sundance Spa Jacuzzi on Balcony; Central heating with individual room thermostat controls; Log burning fireplace; All double glazed storm windows; garage space for 1 car - plus on street parking; maids room (adjacent to the garage).
The Middle level Apartment has four bedrooms each with attached bathroom (2 with bath tubs, 2 with showers); Large living room with dining area and open plan kitchen; Large balcony facing South and West; 8 person open air heated Sundance Spa Jacuzzi on Balcony; Central heating with individual room thermostat controls; Log burning fireplace; All double glazed storm windows; garage / parking area for 1 car - plus on street parking; maids room (adjacent to the garage). Total internal floor area 156sq m, and large balcony with heated hot tub. Suggested maximum occupancy 8 persons. However one or two extra beds can be provided at an extra charge. Please note that there are only two extra beds in total for both apartments.
If your group is too large for the Middle Apartment, but not big enough to take on both apartments, please ask us about our new anexe bunk room that sleeps an extra 3 to 4 pax ( in one bunk bed and one queen bed)

William was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was in a gorgeous location and very peaceful. The skiing in Farellones was not ideal and we travelled up the mountain to Valle Nevaro most days but this was an easy drive and staying in Farellones was preferable because of the warmer weather and gorgeous sunsets. The middle apartment was better suited to us and the hot tub was more accessible and private and the fireplace was by the living room but I’m sure the lower apartment would have been nice as well. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

My wife and I stayed here with our three children for a week in August 2011 and our experience could not have been better! The photos accurately reflect the pristine and impeccably furnished space. Everything in the unit is high quality and brand-new. And most importantly there is lots of space. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. And, of course, the skiing at is incredible!
The ski lifts at Farellones are five minutes walk away – those at La Parva and El Colorado a five minute drive ( but this is not necessary as all the resorts interconnect)
Don't forget to ask William to point out the direct ski trail to access Farellones - once learnt we never used the car again.
We would definitely rent this space again.
