Departamento Valle Nevado Ski Resort Chile Ski in - Ski out

Marco was a great host! He provided fantastic information upfront and was incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions. Check in was easy with a manager at the desk and the apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We took groceries up from Santiago and could easily self cater for our family as the kitchen had everything, and there was a bbq on the balcony. (The shop on the mountain is incredibly expensive - so take everything up if you are self-catering) The window seat over looking the mountain with beautiful sunsets was a favourite place to sit. Ski in and ski out location was amazing, but still easy to walk up to the main shops and restaurants. Thanks Marco

The apartment is very nice, well laid out and functions great. It also has great views and a nice helpful landlord.

It seems that payment in advance is required in Chile, yet the travel websites are unable to process or clear payment. This is an added stress (fear of fraud, etc) and added difficulty -- as it is unnerving to make a payment direct to someone you do not know or do not know is authentic. The owner of this property is a doctor and has a medical clinic in Santiago. I ended up stopping there in advance to make payment for the property. I wish it was easier to book and pay via the travel websites in Chile.

El departamento está muy equipado, el ski in/out es muy cómodo y además, pudismos disfrutar de los restaurantes del complejo Valle Nevado.

Sería muy bueno que los buses que te llevan de los departamentos al hotel tengan una mayor frecuencia, sobre todo los días viernes, que es cuando hay cambio de reservas y se pone un poco caótico todo.
