We were so lucky to have found this place 2 days before we flew out. It was such a last minute getaway, we had absolutely no expectation with any accommodation selection. Location was extremely convenient. Few minutes taxi ride from Hakata Station. Convenient store was right around the corner. The ramen place next store was one of our favourite midnight snacks during our stay. We visited them almost everyday (YES! We are crazy ramen family!) We are family of 4, with 2 teenage children. The room was so spacious that all of us could have our own bed, own charging station and most importantly.. Toilet and bathroom were separated. It was perfect set up in the morning, we didnt need to fight over bathroom at all. This was a budget trip for 4 of us, we tried to pack light. Having a washing machine in the room was a real treat. The check-in information was given via email. Instructions were clear and straight forward even there was no conceige service. we will definitely come back and stay.

There was renovation downstairs at the front entrance, it made the front entrance slightly harder to find.

The entire building is very modern. The facilities inside the rooms are in high quality and very clean. The family deluxe room offers 2 toilets that are separated from the bathroom area. It is perfect for 6 of us so we don't need to wait to use the bathroom. They have a pot, a pan and a good amount of tableware.

The checking in instruction is a bit complicated yet we are able to follow through smoothly. Since it is a unmanned hotel, no one will pick up the trash and we can only keep the trash inside our room for 6 days.

It is more spacious than a typical Japanese hotel room.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the in-room bathroom includes a washing machine and laundry dryer, so there is no need to pack extra clothes.
