位置算不錯。
沙發/椅子有點髒汙還有很大的進步空間 二樓盥洗室應該釘個掛勾或是架設衣架，不然洗澡不方便

1.五個人住起來蠻大的 2.地點去哪都很近 3.有兩間廁所和兩間浴室
1.房間似乎空氣不太好，鼻子會癢癢的 2.隔音不太好，隔壁的聲音會傳過來 3.是樓梯，所以大行李不好搬上去，建議放一樓

Aucune isolation phonique. On entend tout, l'appartement d'à côté, la rue, ... Il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir la baie vitrée, pas de lumière naturelle dans le salon.
