La Canopée

La piscine est très chouette. Le logement est bien situé. On peut facilement y accédé mais attention, l'entrée via le portail est étroit.

La boite à clés était bloquée car le trousseau de clés est trop volumineux pour la boite. J'ai contacté l'hôte par mail sans avoir eu de réponse de sa part. J'ai donc téléphoné au n° indiquée qui correspond à l'hôtel situé à 10 minutes. Ils ont dû envoyer l'un de leur employé. Même si tout c'est bien terminé, j'ai dû attendre environ 45 minutes avant de pouvoir accéder au logement.

Un très bon emplacement et un appartement très soigné et très propre. Je recommande cet établissement.

Wij waren er niet op voorbereid dat de sleutel in de binnenstad gehaald moest worden. Ik denk dat met een sleutelkastje bij het hek, dit makkelijk anders gekund had. Sleutel moest helaas ook weer terug gebracht worden in de binnenstad van Verdun

The property was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the main hotel in Verdun was pleasant. The overall property was fine. It's the attention to detail that let it down.

The access directions were very poor, opening the door to the foyer and you are greeted by a staircase and several doors, no Indication as to where we were staying, we literally just tried keys until we discovered it was upstairs. They were so bad. We were sat on our bed. Trying to order groceries (after a long day on motorbikes we did not have the energy to go back out for food) and another guest let herself into our appartment! The stairs were not mentioned in the advert. We were carrying heavy motorbike gear. No instructions for WiFi access, we use WiFi (as advertised ) to access our GPS equipment to plan our route for the next day. We have been unable to do this from our poor data connection. I sent a message to the property and emailed the contact to request how to access the swimming pool and about the unannounced guest and had no response.
