Modest, semi detached single story house in quiet suburb of Verdun - an obvious 'rental property' but well equipped and with outdoor seating and signs of 'heavy' occupancy - see full review. Off street parking for car and some thought given to coping with the hot weather - a portable air conditioning unit was available which despite being noisy and needing to be vented out of an open window (!!!) did make the house habitable.
All of the rubbish bins in the yard were full/overflowing and there were masses of empty bottles upon our arrival (see photo). Because of the heat they were also beginning to smell. In an email the (absent) host insisted they had all cleared 5 days before our arrival which would imply the property had been very heavily used.....
