About this house rental
This detached family house is close to all sites and amenities.
Pleasant and warm, you can enjoy an electric boat trip on the Meuse while enjoying a small aperitif in the middle of the London QUAY which is the central artery of the city center.
Access to the house is by easement, the entrance on the street side by a building and then you arrive directly in the garden and then you will enter the HOUSE in a veranda style room.
The first floor is broken down as follows: Corridor leading to kitchen and dining room / living room with a view of the Meuse and a staircase leading to the 1st floor which gives access to the 2 bedrooms + bathroom and WC.
--> For the rental of the boat it is extra + deposit by bank imprint) --> Please contact us. The reservation is 60 euros for the total duration of your stay. This includes the rental of the boat for 4/5 people, oars, motor and personal flotation devices.
The boat is only available for the summer season only because in winter there is a risk of flooding.
There is at your disposal a 10m² garden shed which gives you the possibility to store bicycles and scooters.
You also have an outdoor area in front of the house with forest-type garden furniture for eating outside and having a barbecue, but also you can rest with the deckchairs.
Two parking spaces nearby. 1 at 50 m, and 1 at 150 m. It is possible to park in front of the building to unload your luggage.
For key collection, you can find it in a concierge service 2 km from the accommodation. The concierge service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pick-up is autonomous, no physical reception unless the staff is there at the time of the arrival of the travelers.
