VILLE au VERT

The location is quiet, but way out - nothing in walking distance. The apartment is spacious, perfect for family with kids. WiFi works well. Separation of toilet and bathroom is a plus. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

The property is advertised as "air conditioned". The only a/c (a minisplit system) is in the kitchen/living room area. There is no air conditioning in any of the bed rooms. There were no soap etc in the bath rooms (usually provided for this type of accommodation). The last night the heat came on (radiator in kitchen). There should also by a hand rail at the staircase from the ground up to the apartment.

Simply wonderful 3-bedroom modern house. All the facilities were first class. Lovely gardens and balcony to enjoy the views. Very quiet area. The a/c was appreciated during the very hot spell when we visited. Will definitely recommend! The pre-arrival comms were very efficient and accurate.

We could only stay one night due to being a stopover for a longer trip.......

We have just stayed at 5 different properties whilst travelling from Southern Italy back to the UK and without any doubt whatsoever, Ville au Vert is head and shoulders above all the others, and some of the others were really very good, but Ville au Vert is in another league, the Premier League. It’s a brand new house with a unique design and luxury furnishings that are very stylish but still homely and comfortable. The owners of the property are really nice people who we could tell, are quite rightly proud of what they’ve achieved and are keen to share it with a clear aim of ensuring that those they share it with, are happy and comfortable during their stay. We look forward to going back to there again and feeling pampered. Truly Exceptional.
