Reason for staying the one night was within 1ml walking distance to the Sat’ am Isabel Trail parkrun, Stafford train station and town centre to visit the Mediaeval Ancient High House. The appartment no 11 place was suitable for our self catering and excellent powerful shower. Quiet location in a residential & office space street. A functional space, lacking in colour and style.
Difficulty getting into building by front door with its unusual palm activated keypad (met 2 other guests experiencing same problem). Only 1 bath towel for 2 of us, no dinner forks, broken off wall toilet roll holder, & fridge/freezer not switched on. Manager informed of each of the issues at the time. All interior doors I found heavy to open with my arthritic hands.
