An unusually good set up and high quality short stay apartment.

Information sent in advance with info about keys, and parking. The lock box system for managing keys is easy and convenient. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and is comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The heating works well, and there is everything you could need for a self-catering stay. I appreciated the addition of some small sharp knives since may last stay, which I had commented on in my review.

Unfortunately this time the internet was a bit inconsistent and weak. I couldn't access any of the streaming apps on the TV which I had been able to last time, and it dropped in and out on my own devices. This may have been as a result of the impact of weather or something, rather than an issue the hosts could have resolved. I didn't contact them about this during my stay.

Often places like this are filled with second hand mis-matched old furnishings. This is not the case here and it makes such a nice change. Much nicer than I expected - better than the photos suggested. The heating was effective, warming the space quickly after being turned on. Bed was comfortable.

I liked pretty much everything Small things that would have made it as close to perfect as possible : As a short person I couldn’t reach some of the crockery in the wall cupboards, so having some available in the lower cupboards would have been good. Also the only sharp knife for food preparation was a huge fairly hefty bread/carving style knife - a bit over the top for slicing an apple or even an onion. Having a small option available as well would be a good addition.

The flat was clean and comfortable. Quite basic facilities but everything we needed for a one night stay. Excellent value and a great location, very convenient for station and shops.

Absolutely faultless

This accommodation was faultless, it was clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, good size shower, well equipped, toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits all provided. We come to Stafford fairly often so this will be our new first choice for accommodation. Perfect location for train station too.

There was nothing to not like, the only addition for me would be a mirror in the bedroom

Excellent place to stay in Stafford

Well placed, clean and comfortable. Traci plus a 45 second walk away without being bothered by the traffic going to and from the Tesco. Also liked dedicated parking spot. The responses to any questions were prompt and polite .

Good base for family History Research.

Was easy to check in, the apartment was clean and spacious. Nice little touches like biscuits and foot masks on the pillow. Nice and warm with extra throw in cupboard for comfort. Well appointed kitchen with hob and microwave. Smart tv so we could access Netflix and Free WIFI. The bed was lovely and comfy and you could stretch out on the sofa to watch tv. Tesco was just across the road and the town centre not far.

Although there were tea and coffee facilities the kettle was out of order. I emailed and sent a txt to the host but no one answered so ended up purchasing one from the Tesco across the road. Although it was a powerful shower there was no way to turn the hot down. Security conscious around the rear of property which was the main access with intercom and pass keys but too many comings and goings around the front and cars and vans stopping outside.

Pleasant

Breakfast was not provided nor promised. Location is almost perfect. Close to train station and a few minutes walk from major retail outlets (Tesco, M&S, Primark, Boots, Banks, Restaurants etc).

1. No shuttle to train station especially at check out. 2. No soap dish in the bathroom 3. No cloth hanger/hook behind toilet door 4. No mop or mopping bucket 5. Arrange weekly cleaning for long stay customers. 6. Add one or two bowls to the utensils in the kitchen. 7. Provide blender in the kitchen.

Absolutely amazing and would be happy to stay again

Our overall experience, the apartment was stunning only issue we had was the signal in some rooms weren’t really the best like for a etc , the bedroom we couldn’t really use our phones in there The tv wouldn’t connect to the WiFi which was provided and we couldn’t find the option to change it or anything But overall the experience was amazing and would for definite book this place again

Good price, good location but needs a bit of TLC.

Great location, easy to walk into town but quite a bit of noise from outside the property on both nights that we stayed. People were shouting & there was loud music from cars.

Couldn’t open the windows. Cooker hob was slow. Please provide a non slip mat for inside the shower.

Location was very good, a short distance to the town, the railway station and Tesco supermarket. The free parking was very good. We received clear instructions about the property, the property was very clean.
