Reasonable but definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Nice cosy little apartment, comfortable bed includes all the kitchen facilities.

I wouldn't say the price was up to the quality provided. The TV had no aerial signal in the bedroom, and the toilet didn't flush properly; it looked like it was flooding each time. The sink was constantly overflowing with slow drainage. The parking was pay and display at the rear, which was a separate price from the original 186 pounds I paid, so it was approximately an extra 40 pounds for roughly 48 hours. The door handle was loose as well for the front door to the room. The bedside table leg was loose so I had to slot that back in when I plugged in my charger.

Warm and well located for station. generally a down at heel apartment in a narrow alleyway that is in need of an upgrad

Heating not working.

Reasonable location for train station, town centre etc.

The heating wasn't working in the main living area. The heater just would not come on despite trying to set timers, etc. Resorted to opening the oven! The facilities are very basic. I know for the price point I shouldn't be expecting much. Theres no washing machine (although there is an ironing board?) So not a place for any more than a couple of nights.

Bed looked clean but did not smell clean. Crockery needed re washing. Apartment was cold and smelled of damp. Thankfully it was only for one night

Small but perfectly formed. Everything you would need if staying any length of time. Overnight parking arrangements worked very well.

There was a strong smell of damp on entering the building and also in the apartment. There was a lot of noise outside - crowds of people, racing cars until almost 5am - but it was Saturday night!

Quite basic

The location was good in that it was a few mins walk from Tesco Extra and lots of restaurants

We did not like the location of apartment 6, felt unsafe as the front door was facing the back alley way of a fast food restaurant. Parking was difficult, with the resturant delivery drivers regularly parked in the free spaces. The standard of cleanliness of the bathroom was poor, with the shower room mouldy and no ventilation. The bed was also uncomfortable, the choice of black for bedsheets was also not to our taste

Pretty darn perfect! Excellent value for money!

The sheets on the bed had this velvety top side that was to die for! The studio was way bigger than I expected and everything was super clean. Was honestly a really good little place and I would definately stay there again! Also given the proximity to a nightclub you couldn't actually tell! It was actually quiet and peaceful mostly which was amazing! Really neat little place! Its close to like EVERYTHING you could need and just a 10/10 little hidden gem! Also the Studio I got while not specfically for disabled folk was actually relatively accessible being a ground floor with only a few steps up and a nice low to ground shower. I am a stick user and it was very suitable for me! So fellow stick users take a note this one would probs be good for you too! Honestly such a fab little place, big TV, comfy bed, all the basics you need to make homecooked food and like so many good places near to order in from or pop out too if you can't be bothered... Really can't reccomend enough!

Could have been one more big towel considering it was for two people and the shower was a little slippy so maybe like a mat for grip would be good. I think the bathrooms cupboard door was a little dodge too. The lock box was pretty tricky to open but honestly anything would be SUCH a minor thing compared to how nice it was.

Flat1 shower room stinks of sewage it’s pretty unpleasant. Bed was quite uncomfortable for me but and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work I.e no signal.

The only downside was the fan. I know it was one of the hottest days of the year but, unfortunately, the fan simply isn't good enough. Maybe get a free standing one.

The apartment was reasonable well equipped and close to the centre of Stafford. It was compact and ideal for a couple.

Parking was a nightmare and we ended up parking in the railway car park some distance away. As a person of disability I found the access to the apartment difficult even though I had flagged my disability to Stafford apartments. Things were broken in the apartment signifying that maintenance had been neglected. Lack of glasses. Finding the apartment was problematic and the key lock box difficult.

Trying to book the car parking , took ages and then it asks you to download the parking app. Which then the next day was contacted by my bank that the app tried taken 45 pound out of account.

A very comfortable large room well situated and good value

Large room, very comfortable bed, very near the station and shops and cafes

Outside room 2 there is a large neon constantly changing advert - there was no blackout blind on this one window ( but on all the rest). You could see the light changes through the curtains. It’s next to a night club/ events space . There was nothing on when I was there but I think it might be noisy if there were. Some of the instructions were confusing and contradictory re where the key safe was and where my room was.
