super good location, appartment is ok, no aircon but some fans in the appartmetn and not super hot during heatwaves

it would be easier if the keys were stored in the same building, it is about 2-3 blocks away and when you have you lugagge it is a bit annoying. The worst part though is that the appartmetn is located in the 7th floor and despite a lift is there, the badge does not activate it and there is a sign that says that airbnb users are not allowed to use it. This is just unbelievable, and it is not even a busy apartment block, we did not see any of the neighbours. And by the way, nothing stops you from calling the elevator when you arrive to the 7th floor leaving your luggage inside it in the ground floor.

We stayed here as a family with two children and were very happy with our choice. The apartment is comfortable both for two people and for a family of four. It fully matches the description and photos, and in reality feels even more pleasant. The atmosphere is truly Parisian and hard to describe — you really feel the city while staying here. The views are a highlight: a small balcony overlooking a garden, Montmartre and the rooftops, and from the bedroom you can even see the Eiffel Tower and Centre Pompidou. Morning coffee or an evening glass of wine there is a real pleasure. The location is very convenient — about a 20–25 minute walk to the center, with cafés, bistros, a park, metro and shops all nearby. A perfect choice for those who enjoy walking and want to experience the real Paris, not just stay in a hotel. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor and requires taking the stairs, which might be a challenge for people with limited mobility. Personally, I actually enjoyed it — walking through the staircase and passing each floor gives you a real sense of the historic building’s atmosphere, and the view from the top floor is definitely worth it.
